What counts as a mailbox?+
A mailbox is one real inbox with its own address and login: a person. Aliases (sales@, hello@, info@ that deliver into a mailbox) are unlimited and free on every plan and every domain, so you only ever pay for actual people.
I run several products. Do I need a plan per domain?+
No, that's exactly what we fixed. Add every domain to one workspace: Pro holds up to 3, Business is unlimited. Give each domain its own hello@, support@ and billing@ as free aliases, all delivering into your inbox(es). One login, one bill.
What does the free trial include?+
Pro, for 14 days, with no card: up to 3 mailboxes and 3 domains, 10 GB per mailbox, and unlimited free aliases.
What happens after the 14-day trial?+
Nothing is charged during the trial, and no card is required to start. When it ends, pick a plan to keep adding mailboxes and domains. Ending a trial never deletes your mail.
Do you really handle deliverability?+
We handle the technical side of it. We run the mail server, so every message is DKIM-signed, each domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are generated from the server's own zone and checked before sending is allowed, new domains are warmed up gradually, and the DMARC reports receivers send back are parsed into a per-domain dashboard. No provider can guarantee inbox placement: receivers decide, using signals like engagement and complaints. What we remove are the setup mistakes that send mail to spam.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Anytime, self-serve. You keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. Annual plans are billed yearly; monthly plans month to month.
Can I change plans?+
Yes, anytime, from Plan & billing in your workspace settings. Switching between Pro and Business, or between monthly and yearly, changes your existing subscription in place, so you are never billed twice. You see the price before you confirm, and it is prorated. Upgrades are charged now for the rest of the period you have already paid for. Downgrades take effect straight away, and the unused part of the dearer plan is credited against your next bill.
Are taxes included?+
Prices are in USD, excluding tax. Billing runs through Paddle, our merchant of record, which calculates and adds VAT / sales tax at checkout based on your location.
